through complex and unique forms called "drill". The elements of rhythmic music and high energy visuals create a powerful & enjoyable experience known as Winter Drumline.
The SCAC Winter Drumline is a member line of the Minnesota Percussion Association (MPA) and competes in Scholastic Open Class competition. Founded in 1994, the St Cloud All-City Winter Drumline has become one of the most respected units in the MPA Circuit. They are significantly unique in that a majority of the members are not primarily percussion students. This provides an excellent opportunity for band students to attempt a new instrument outside of the summer season.
